Trent was straight up and honest from the beginning. He explained to me in detail what we can expect to sell the home for based on the comps in the area, what would help it sell, and when we should sell. Not only that, but we encountered so many hurdles with getting a closing cause of issues on the  buyer's side however Trent was with me every step of the way.
